Overview
Perk Up is a centralized mobile platform designed to modernize the employee benefits experience. By aggregating fragmented rewards into a single, intuitive interface, we increased engagement by 40% and simplified access to corporate perks.
The Problem
Benefits are invisible and fragmented.
Companies invest heavily in employee perks, yet utilization remains low. Employees struggle to find offerings buried in PDFs or disparate portals. The cognitive load of tracking allowances, discounts, and wellness programs across multiple touchpoints kills engagement.
Research & Strategy
Understanding the User
We conducted interviews with 15 employees across different departments to identify pain points. "Sarah", our primary persona, represents the busy professional who values convenience but lacks awareness of what's available.
Structuring the Information
To reduce complexity, we simplified the information architecture. The goal was to surface relevant perks immediately upon login.
